What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, inquiry type and message.

How we use it

We use this information only to read, answer and keep a record of your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for advertising.

Who processes it

The website runs on Cloudflare. Sending your inquiry and the confirmation email is handled by Resend, our email provider. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was submitted by a person, not a robot, using limited technical information about your browser.

Security and abuse prevention

To stop spam and abuse, we briefly process technical information such as your IP address, stored only as a salted, one-way hash, to limit how many messages can be sent from one address in a short time. This information is not linked to your name or message and is kept only for a short time.

How long we keep it

Your inquiry is not stored in a database on this website. It exists as an email in our inbox and, as your reply address, in our sent replies, for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry and keep a normal business record of it. We delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
